The 20-year-old Florida State University student accused of opening fire on campus nearly a month ago is scheduled to make his first appearance in court on Tuesday at 11 a.m., according to court documents.

Phoenix Ikner, a 20-year-old suspect in a shooting at Florida State University, made his first court appearance Tuesday morning.

Twenty-year-old Phoenix Ikner will stay behind bars as he awaits trial, accused in the mass shooting near FSU's student union last month.
