NBA free agency officially kicked off on Monday evening as the negotiating window opened for eligible players and all teams across the league at 6 p.m. ET. Monday night was relatively quiet, but the first stunners of the new league year came Tuesday morning.

The Houston Rockets have been one of the busiest teams in the early portion of the NBA offseason, but they reportedly have plenty of work ahead of them that could include expanding the Kevin Durant trade.

Former NBA player Ben McLemore was found guilty of rape and sexual abuse stemming from a 2021 case. Kyle Iboshi of KGW 8 in Portland reported Thursday that McLemore pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree rape,
