Cameron, who grew up in St. Joseph, Missouri, has made quite an impression in the big leagues. In his MLB debut last month at Tampa, Florida, he allowed one hit in 6 1/3 scoreless innings.

After taking a no-hit bid into the seventh inning back in April, St. Joseph, Missouri native and lifelong Royals fan Noah Cameron will take the mound again tomorrow.

Noah Cameron was near perfect in his first MLB start. He may get another chance this weekend. The Royals announced that starting pitcher Seth Lugo will be skipped for his Saturday start against the Cardinals due to inflammation in his right middle finger.
