Tornado hits Dodge County, leaving over 14,000 without power and causing severe damage to Juneau and Mayville, with emergency responses underway.

Several tornadoes reportedly touched down in western and central Wisconsin on May 15 as a storm brought "significant damage" to Dodge County.

A spokesperson for Spectrum says their teams are working diligently to make repairs to their network following high winds and tornadoes in the areas of

"We are asking that all non–residents avoid the cities of Juneau and Mayville to allow emergency responders to assist those affected,” Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office will hold a press conference regarding damage after severe weather moved through the area Thursday night.

City of Juneau residents who have been displaced from their homes are encouraged to report to Dodgeland Schools 401, S. Western Ave, Juneau, WI. City of Mayville residents who have been displaced from their homes are encouraged to report to Mayville High School at 500 N. Clark St. in Mayville.
