The New York Giants, Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions were revealed to have three of the toughest schedules in the upcoming 2025 NFL season.

The Titans have missed the playoffs in three straight seasons and were the worst team in the NFL in 2024. Considering Tennessee is one of the smaller markets that the NFL has a team in, it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise that they didn't get any primetime games.

"Their sustained success for over a decade here -- Coach Tomlin's never had a losing season," North said. "The Steelers are always playoff-relevant late down the stretch, and they have a national fan base, so their body of work is what warranted the national television exposure for them, same as probably in previous years."

Buffalo being favored in every game is a testament to its recent regular-season success, as it is coming off five straight AFC East crowns and six straight postseason appearances. While it is yet to reach the Super Bowl during that time frame, any lingering playoff concerns aren't going to factor into the regular-season betting lines.

The NFL's two Sunday afternoon TV packages have long been divided up with Fox primarily getting NFC games and CBS primarily getting AFC games, but in recent years the league has had more flexibility to move games across networks.
