Microsoft Gaming head Phil Spencer had some choice words in a court document about the future of Xbox, and its not looking good for consoles.

Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer has been in charge of Xbox for over a decade and the company says he’s not leaving anytime soon, calling rumors that the longtime exec might be resigning when the next generation of Xbox hardware launches “completely made up.”

Phil Spencer won't be retiring from his position at Xbox "anytime soon". Yesterday, Microsoft announced swathes of layoffs across the entire company, including its gaming division. The likes of Everwild, Perfect Dark and a new Zenimax MMORPG have been cancelled in the process.
