While his future with the Boston Red Sox has been questioned, Rafael Devers has been producing at the plate like no other player across MLB this season.

In a proposed trade idea from Zach Pressnell of Newsweek, they'd do exactly that. He wrote that the Red Sox could ship two prospects to the Orioles to acquire the right-handed hitter, adding that it would help Devers go out and play baseball after his comments.

The answer to that question is probably no, especially since Mountcastle has another year of club control, but this is a player the Red Sox should look to target. He isn't a star, but he's an above-average first baseman, which is a major upgrade over what Boston has right at that position internally right now.
